Summer Conference and Workshop sign-up form:
Please read the following and then click on Registration Form.
The FREE IPRB Crude Oil and Natural Gas Conference and Workshop will be held the week of June 25, 2012, at the
Rend Lake Recreation Complex in Gibby’s on the Green Conference Room and lodging will be across the street at
Seasons Rend Lake Lodge (http://www.rendlakegolfresort.com/seasonslodge.html). The conference will start at 8am,
June 25 and end at 12pm (noon), June 27, 2012. The workshop will follow the conference starting at 1:00pm, June 27
through 1:00pm, June 29, 2012 and will be held at the same place with the exception of busing to and from Rend
Lake College on Thursday and Friday.
The Conference is a pre-requisite to the Workshop, however those attending the Conference are not required to
attend the Workshop, but would gain much by continuing with the full program.
CPDU credits, and 2 Illinois State University Graduate Course credits can be earned by Conference
attendees. Additional CPDU credits and 2 Graduate Course credits (different course) can be earned by
Workshop attendees. Attendees have the option of choosing to earn the Graduate Course Credits (or just CPDU
credits) and can indicate preference on the online registration form. Those completing the Workshop will also receive
classroom ready lesson plans and a $500 valued classroom activity kit.
Please click box above to complete the registration form. Be sure to check the correct boxes for the option of
attending the Conference only or staying the week and attending both the Conference and the Workshop. Also be
sure to check the box for earning the Graduate Course Credits if you intend to do so.
Lodging will be double occupancy. You may request another attendee participant for your roommate on the
registration form. Otherwise, you will be assigned a roommate of the same gender. Room and meals will be paid by
IPRB for the time you are attending the Conference and Workshop. IPRB will also pay for lodging only the evening of
Sunday, June 24, 2012 for those who wish to arrive the night before the Conference begins.
